The City Hospital No1 was founded in 1868. It is an architectural monument.
There are many centuries-old trees on the territory of the hospital, including the location of the new building. It caused the difficulty of placing the building. The requirements of the Customer also included connection with the existing buildings (the surgical hull and the old hull of the Ambulance Station receiving department).

The concept of placement consisted of implementation of documentation: planning solutions, technological solutions for the placement of division units, organization of transitions in the cramped building area.
The units included the following departments: an emergency medical unit with an operating room, a diagnostic department with ultrasound, an X-ray, MRI and CT scan, a day hospital with 14 beds, household and auxiliary rooms for staff and patients, an emergency patient reception unit and a separate unit for scheduled patient admission.

The concept for the placement of a new Ambulance Station building, the decision to provide medical care to the population was successfully approved by the chief physician of the hospital and by the ambulance organization service in Sevastopol.
Technological and planning solutions were performed in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 388n "Procedure for providing ambulance,
