How we work on a project

BIM or Building Information Model is a technology for creating a computer model of a new building that carries all the information about a future object.

It is important to note that the use of BIM technologies is indispensable when it comes to especially dangerous, technically complex and unique objects filled with a large amount of engineering equipment and having unique architectural and planning solutions.
02 - Application of BIM technologies
The operational model is the basis of the technical system of the building based on BIM, the construction model and the principles of the "smart home."

Getting the BIM Model, customers can use it for two global tasks:

  • Actions to change the object: development of the object, overhaul, reconstruction, re-equipment, preservation and demolition.

  • Service management: power consumption, equipment maintenance work, emergency maintenance of systems and constant monitoring of their condition, visual inventory and much more.
